Now, although it may not establish foodie tongues wagging, comes word that Tempus AI signed a lease for 39, 565 square feet on part of the 17 th floor– which “highlights the boosted leasing velocity in Midtown South,” SL Eco-friendly renting supervisor Steven Durels said.
Tempus AI is moving from the Helmsley Structure at 230 Park Ave.
The 2 37 million square-foot 11 Madison is 93 % leased.
The largest tenants consist of Pinterest, UBS and SONY Songs.
It wasn’t divulged what Tempus AI is paying.
The asking lease on Pinterest’s recent 83, 000 square-foot lease on the 13 th floor was $ 90 per square foot.
